Andrea loves a challenge. Whether it’s finishing a marathon, a Tough Mudder, or putting her kids to bed on time, she thrives on adventure. Andrea graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Visual Communication. She moved to San Diego to finish her internship and it was there that she was inspired to start recreational and competitive running. She moved back to her Cincy roots in 2004 and has since continued to run 5k, 10K and half-marathon races, as well as two full Flying Pig Marathons and sprint triathlons. Her love for running has enabled her to be an advocate for empowering others. She became an RRCA Certified Running coach and works with all levels of athletes focusing on beginning runners of all ages working to finish their first 5k, or create a plan to get them out and moving. She has also combined her love of running and passion for helping to empower girls through coaching Girls on the Run. She also started a small running program with the shelter dogs at Save the Animals Foundation, coaches youth running programs and loves everything about the outdoors and connecting with nature.

She has also earned her certification as a Nutrition & Wellness Consultant from the AFPA, a globally respected frontrunner in fitness, holistic wellness and nutrition education.

She is the owner of a marketing and design business, Madly Creative, as well as a nonprofit that supports organizations with design services, Madly Good. Andrea is passionate about giving back and helping others with their fitness and health goals. She can’t wait to get you going on your next adventure!
