We focus on helping you to find more ways to incorporate plants into your diet. A plant-based diet doesn’t necessarily mean giving up all animal products. Rather, a plant-based diet is one that prioritizes eating whole or unprocessed plant foods, including vegetables, whole grains, beans, fruits, nuts, and seeds.

Americans are consuming highly processed and refined foods that feed into chronic conditions like diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and cancer at alarming rates.

There is growing evidence and numerous scientific reports that show plant-based foods are viewed as the source of everything the body needs to be healthy and studies have shown that adopting a plant-based diet greatly lowers the risk of Type 2 diabetes, heart disease (the leading cause of death), countless other illnesses and diseases.
